* All rates include one breakfast per guest per night, availability of onsite daily staff and daily housekeeping.
Each of the three rooms has external entry/exit, adjacent to the main body of the house. This gives you private access so you don’t have to worry about when you come and go, and don’t need to go via the main house to get to and from your room.
Both of the Classic rooms adjoin a large second storey balcony, where you can have your breakfast served on fine weather mornings, or enjoy a relaxing sun-downer overlooking the view. For easier access, the Pacific room is located at ground level.

Arrival and departure times
Please let us know if you’ll be arriving at the house outside of normal hours so we can make sure your room is ready for you or make other arrangements. Otherwise, we will have your room ready for you by 3.00pm on your arrival day.
Check-out is usually flexible by prior arrangement, but we like to be able to start cleaning your room by 11.00am on your departure day.
